KIMARU Talent has partnered with a well-established global tech company in the ad-tech space to hire a Senior Data Scientist for a fully remote role.

You will build and scale a data pipeline handling millions of predictions per second, run experiments, and develop ML across tabular data, NLP, and embeddings.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in data science, strong Python/SQL/Spark, AWS and Docker, and excellent English communication for a global team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a data science role with ad-tech or related fields.
• Strong Python, SQL, and Spark skills.
• Hands-on experience with boosted trees (XGBoost).
• Familiar with AWS tools (S3, Athena, Snowflake, EMR, SageMaker) and ELK.
• Docker experience and solid OOAD/SOLID design principles.
• Excellent English communication for global collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Help build and scale a data pipeline handling millions of predictions per second.
• Design experiments for feature engineering, model optimization, and ML tooling.
• Tackle ML problems from tabular data to NLP and embeddings for millions of users.
• Contribute to deep learning work with embeddings and text-based analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering to refine the data processing pipeline.
• Apply AutoML techniques to automate parts of analysis.
• Explore preprocessing methods, create visualizations, and monitor experiments.
