Job summary

Super.com is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join the Analytics & Data Science team. You will own end-to-end data science projects in a fast-paced fintech-adjacent environment, delivering models and experiments that drive measurable business impact.

Lead model development, productionization, and cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and leadership to shape data strategy and decisions at the highest level.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data science experience with proven shipping of models that drive business impact.
• Ability to own projects independently and guide teams through ambiguity.
• Experience taking models to production including deployment, monitoring and retraining.
• Degree in data science, computer science, analytics, or AI, or equivalent applied experience.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to build clean, performant transformations (DBT preferred).
• Fluency with ML stack: sklearn, pandas, numpy; deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of statistical and ML solutions driving data-driven decisions across the business.
• Own complex, ambiguous problems end to end from framing to production deployment and monitoring.
• Investigate trends and diagnose root causes to surface opportunities shaping product and business strategy.
• Architect data pipelines to access, clean, and transform large datasets and establish reusable patterns.
• Design, implement and monitor business rules for cash flow underwriting and repayment workflows.
• Partner with product, engineering, and business leaders to translate priorities into DS roadmaps.
• Proactively identify high-leverage problems and scope the right solution.
• Design and run rigorous experimentation programs (A/B and beyond) to test hypotheses and measure impact.
• Develop, prototype, validate and productionize ML models balancing accuracy, latency, cost.
• Communicate technical findings to senior stakeholders via clear visualizations and writeups.
