Synthires is seeking Data Scientists and Quantitative Professionals to support an AI research project. You will evaluate model performance across statistics, ML, experimentation, and quantitative reasoning to enhance accuracy and analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities include creating prompts and datasets, spotting methodological flaws, and assessing modeling approaches. This role is fully remote with multiple openings available for qualified candidates.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of experience at a leading company in tech, finance, research, or related field (past 3 years).
• Strong understanding of Python, statistics, ML, and data analysis.
• Experience with Pandas, data modeling, and experimentation.
• Strong analytical and quantitative reasoning skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly in writing.
• Based in an English-speaking country.

• Evaluate AI-generated outputs involving data science, statistics, ML, and quantitative problems.
• Create challenging prompts, datasets, and reference solutions.
