Job summary

Caesars Digital, part of Caesars Entertainment, is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to own end-to-end model development for real-time odds, pricing, and risk management across sports betting markets.

You will design, deploy, and refine predictive models, extract features from live data feeds, and collaborate with Trading, Product, and Engineering to drive business impact while upholding strict regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in stats, math, CS or data science.
• 5+ years in data science or ML with sportsbook/gaming/ Trading experience.
• Strong knowledge of probability, stats, and ML techniques.
• Proficient in Python (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn).
• Experience with automated model deployment & testing frameworks.
• Strong SQL and data pipeline understanding.
• Understanding of betting mechanics and pricing dynamics.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine statistical and ML models to price sports markets.
• Extract and engineer features from live feeds; ensure data quality.
• Track model KPIs: P&L, hold, liability; recalibrate as needed.
• Collaborate with Trading, Product, and Engineering to deploy models via APIs.
• Stay up-to-date with analytics methods; evaluate new approaches.
