Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in data science, ML, or related field.
• Deep knowledge of NLP, LLMs, and modern generative AI methods.
• Hands-on experience building and evaluating RAG systems.
• Experience developing agentic AI solutions or multi-step model-driven workflows.
• Ability to work with distributed AI architectures and enterprise-scale data environments.
• Strong analytical programming skills and a track record of moving experimental work into production.
• Familiarity with legal/regulatory or document-intensive domains.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on data science work from problem definition through production validation
• Design RAG pipelines that improve relevance and accuracy of generated answers
