Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a data science/CS/AI/related field with relevant work experience.
• Strong Python programming skills with maintainable, tested code.
• Advanced statistical and computational modeling expertise for complex problems.
• Proficiency in Python ML frameworks and libraries.
• Experience with computer vision, including traditional and deep learning methods.
• Knowledge of data modeling, pipelines, and deployment infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop machine learning algorithms for analytics, CV, predictive analytics and advanced stats.
• Manage full ML model lifecycle from requirements to deployment and monitoring.
• Develop software packages, configure compute environments, perform code reviews and testing.
• Translate scientific and business challenges into practical data science solutions.
• Apply best practices in ML, software engineering, reproducibility, and governance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders in an agile environment.
• Plan and execute AI/ML projects with cross-functional teams.
• Advance AI-driven applications to improve scientific and business outcomes.
• Promote data-driven decision making and responsible AI adoption.
