Good co India is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to develop and deploy machine learning models addressing complex business problems. You will perform extensive data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation across large datasets, applying NLP and Generative AI techniques where appropriate.

You will translate business needs into analytical solutions, collaborate with data engineering and software teams, and mentor junior data scientists.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Data Science, ML, or Advanced Analytics.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models to solve business problems.
• Perform EDA, feature engineering, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling on large datasets.
• Build and evaluate supervised and unsupervised models (classification, regression, clustering, time-series).
• Apply deep learning, NLP, and Generative AI techniques for data-driven solutions.
• Translate business requirements into analytical approaches with measurable outcomes.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain production ML models with data/software teams.
• Create scalable data science workflows and pipelines using Python, SQL, and cloud tech.
• Conduct hypothesis testing and A/B tests to measure model performance.
• Communicate results and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor junior data scientists and promote best practices in model development and reproducibility.
• Ensure data quality, model reliability, explainability, privacy, and governance compliance.
• Stay updated with emerging ML techniques and industry best practices.
