The ideal candidate brings 10–15 years of experience, deep expertise in statistics, ML, and data storytelling. You will lead ML projects, mentor junior scientists, and drive data-driven decisions across cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes production deployment, data ethics, and collaboration with IT, analysts, and executives to define the data science roadmap and business impact.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field (e.g., CS, Stats, Math, Engineering).
• 10–15 years of data science experience with documented data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights with advanced statistics and ML.
• Develop and deploy ML models using deep learning, ensembles, and neural networks.
• Create data visualizations with Tableau/Power BI or Python libraries to communicate findings.
• Lead feature engineering to boost model performance and validate results statistically.
• Collaborate with IT/data engineering to access data lakes/warehouses and deploy models in production.
• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to data science roadmap and strategy.
