Qualifications

• BA or BS degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML techniques.
• Experience with production ML systems and governance.
• Familiarity with NLP/CV and document processing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of ML models across fraud, customer behavior, document intelligence, and forecasting.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify opportunities and translate needs into data-driven solutions.
• Architect end-to-end production ML systems including data pipelines and feature stores.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior data scientists.
• Communicate complex findings to technical and non-technical audiences; influence decisions.
• Establish modeling best practices, governance, and performance monitoring.
• Design experiments (A/B testing, back testing) to measure model impact on outcomes.
• Drive innovation by applying new tools and methodologies in data science.
• Collaborate with data engineering, IT, and business teams for implementation.
• Design NLP, computer vision, and hybrid rule-ML systems for document extraction and analytics.
