Senior Data Scientist, Marketing Measurement, Consumer Solutions Labcorp is seeking a Senior Data Scientist, Marketing Measurement, Consumer Solutions, to join our team in Burlington, NC or Durham, NC with the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule!
The Senior Data Scientist, Marketing Measurement is responsible for building and scaling Labcorp OnDemand's marketing measurement, attribution, analytics, and optimization capabilities. This role serves as the strategic owner of marketing measurement, partnering across marketing, data engineering, IT, privacy, and analytics teams to develop a unified marketing data foundation that enables accurate reporting, attribution, experimentation, and media investment optimization. The role will lead development of advanced measurement methodologies including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), incrementality testing, lift studies, customer journey analytics, and forecasting. Additionally, this individual will establish reporting standards, define measurement frameworks, and develop scalable analytics solutions that translate complex data into actionable business recommendations. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in econometrics, statistics, and marketing analytics with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and shape long-term marketing investment strategy. Applicants will follow a hybrid schedule that includes a minimum of three in-office days per week at the Burlington, NC or Durham, NC location, supporting both collaboration and flexibility.
