Job summary

ECS Federal LLC is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to architect end-to-end data science solutions for government missions in Sneads Ferry, NC or Northern VA. You will lead advanced analytics, mentor teammates, and deliver production-grade pipelines handling terabytes of data for national security.

Qualifications

• US citizen.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph after indoctrination.
• Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience; or a related Bachelor’s/Master’s with military/training experience.
• Proven track record supporting Intelligence Community missions in operational environments.
• Senior-level proficiency in Python for data science and analytics pipelines.
• Experience querying web APIs through Python to retrieve, normalize, and operationalize data.
• Experience creating interactive visualizations with Plotly/Matplotlib/Seaborn.
• Building dashboards with Dash/Streamlit/Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end data science architectures processing multi-INT data at scale.
• Lead as SME for advanced analytics while mentoring teammates.
• Research, prototype, and deploy AI/ML methods for intelligence problems.
• Design sophisticated data visualizations and dashboards for analysts.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop production-grade Python solutions handling large data volumes.
