GoFasti is seeking a senior Data Scientist to develop, deploy, and maintain predictive models for lifetime value, churn, and retention across mobile apps and web products. You will own the modeling roadmap from problem framing through production and ongoing monitoring.

The role requires 5+ years in data science and strong Python/SQL skills, with experience deploying models to production and fluent English. This is a full-time remote position aligned with US business hours.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in data science, statistical modeling, or machine learning, ideally with consumer app or web data.
• Strong Python (pandas, scikit-learn) and advanced SQL; experience deploying models to production.
• Fluent English, at least 4 hours of overlap with US Eastern business hours, and daily use of AI tools like Claude.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with ad-monetized or subscription consumer apps, recommendation systems, and personalization.
• Familiarity with ML platforms on AWS or Google Cloud, MLOps tools, Bayesian methods, uplift modeling, or multi-armed bandits.
• Salary range from $4,000 to $5,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
• Full-time remote contract through a payroll platform, working allocated at GoFasti's client.
