Bluehawk, LLC is seeking a Data Scientist to enable advanced analytics and data-driven decision-making at the Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC). This role involves designing, developing, and deploying AI and ML models to support intelligence processes. The ideal candidate must have a Master’s degree or Ph.D. in a quantitative discipline along with 7 to 10 years of relevant experience. Strong programming skills and expertise in AI/ML applications are essential for success in this position.
Qualifications
Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning.
Experience supporting defense, intelligence, or operational missions.
Responsibilities
Perform complex statistical analysis to extract actionable insights.
Design and implement advanced data visualizations for intelligence operations.
Build and validate statistical models across multi-INT sources.
Develop AI/ML algorithms that enhance mission effectiveness.
Conduct exploratory data analysis to support operational planning.
Create automated processes for intelligence production.
Collaborate with analysts and data engineers to improve data workflows.
