Job summary
CALIBRE is an employee-owned mission focused solutions and digital transformation company seeking an experienced Data Scientist to drive advanced analytics in Army cost analysis and budgeting processes. This role will deliver end-to-end analytics from data collection to insights for broad business and technical audiences.
They will lead data plans, model development, and deployment while collaborating with data engineers and application developers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional data analytics experience.
- Experience with Army ERP systems such as VANTAGE, GFEBS, G-Army.
- Ability to present to executive-level customers and teams.
- Experience with data cleaning, modeling, validation, and deployment.
- Familiarity with Tableau/QLIK/Quicksight or similar tools.
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end analytics from data collection to insight delivery.
- Oversee data plans, scope, and scheduling for projects.
- Provide technical leadership across data scientists, engineers, and developers.
- Develop predictive and prescriptive models and simulations.
- Translate data into actionable information for stakeholders.
