A competitive compensation package including potential bonuses and equity rewards is offered, with a base pay range of $149,500 - $202,500 in Southern California.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience working with analytics related to customer experiences.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and big data technologies.
• Strong expertise in experimentation design and causal inference.
• Understanding of AI-native architectures and platforms.
• Effective data storytelling and visualisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish key business indicators for projects.
• Provide actionable recommendations using diverse data sets.

• Design and analyse A/B tests and other experiments.
