Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s with 2+ years in data science or equivalent.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python for data processing, automation, analytics and model development.
• Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, joins and data transformations.
• Experience with dashboards/visual analytics and cloud data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines, curated datasets, analytical data products, and reporting layers.
• Develop dashboards and visual analytics to monitor supply chain, manufacturing status, inventory, and procurement activity.
• Apply statistical and data science methods to identify patterns and generate actionable insights.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
• Integrate structured and unstructured data from ERP, procurement, manufacturing, and external sources.
• Automate recurring reports and analyses to improve efficiency and accessibility.
• Collaborate to design scalable data architecture and governance practices.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
