Qualifications

• Strong ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain robust predictive models and data pipelines for player evaluation, acquisition, development, and performance optimization.
• Craft clear reports and visualizations to communicate analyses to leadership and coaches.
• Collaborate with Baseball Systems to integrate analytics into team applications and ensure data quality.
• Evaluate new analytics and research to drive innovative methods for the department.
• Introduce novel methodologies to improve decision making across Baseball Operations.
