Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with 5+ years of data analytics experience or advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Curiosity for solving business problems and ability to lead and collaborate.
• Knowledge of statistical software (Python, R, SAS) and SQL querying.
• Familiarity with GenAI and prompt engineering basics; experience with modern analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Leverage Big Data analytics to uncover novel use cases and responsibly apply foundation models.
• Drive data science and analytics strategies; recommend analytical products and standards.
• Help partners define problems and scope analytical solutions.
• Build understanding of domains and data assets; deliver analytical models.
• Research, design, and evaluate analytical approaches including GenAI methods.
• Perform exploratory statistics and data mining on diverse datasets.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders to drive delivery to market.
• Develop subject matter expertise in financial and operational domains.
• Code solutions with strong programming skills and collaborate across teams.
