DTE Energy is seeking an accomplished data science leader to drive the most challenging analytics initiatives in Detroit. You will guide projects end to end, research methods, and influence stakeholders through storytelling and visualization.

The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership experience, and a track record of delivering impact using predictive models and data-driven insights across safety, operations, and customer metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field with strong analytics.
• 5+ years in qualitative and quantitative analytics, data mining, and modeling.
• Experience leading teams or projects in data analytics or programming.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, R, and visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data science projects with cross-functional teams.
• Perform advanced statistical analyses and present actionable recommendations.
