Job summary

Celestar is seeking a Senior Data Scientist seated in the National Capital Region to advance data analytics, data engineering, and predictive modeling for defense-related applications. You will develop ML-based tools and AI capabilities, integrating data across multiple sources and presenting results visually using Power BI and Tableau.

The role requires advanced skills in R, Python, SQL and experience with large datasets and multi-INT analytics.

Qualifications

• Experience with R, Python, SQL, Power BI and Tableau.
• TS/SCI clearance required or eligible for clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analytics, data mining, predictive analysis, and statistical analysis.
• Build AI tools to automate processes and enable informed decisions.
• Develop ML-based tools such as recommendation engines or lead scoring.
• Perform data visualization using Power BI and Tableau; manage data sources.
