Job summary

Loyal Source is seeking a data-focused professional to enter, clean, and conduct advanced data manipulation and statistical analysis in collaboration with POTFF program staff and the Government’s biostatistician.

The role provides subject matter expertise in program evaluation, research methodologies, and data analysis, assisting supported units to capture data related to POTFF programs and initiatives. You will prepare reports and presentations that convey data trends.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in quantitative science or related discipline.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Access.
• Advanced proficiency with SPSS, SAS, and R.
• Publication history in academia or similar research-conducting settings.
• Excellent communication and high attention to detail.
• At least three years of research experience in academic, social services, government, healthcare, or laboratory settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in quantitative science, social science, or related discipline.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Access.
• Advanced proficiency with commonly used statistical software applications (e.g., SPSS, SAS, and R).
• Proficiency demonstrated through employment history in academia or similar research-conducting settings, and a history of scientific publications.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.

Experience

• At least three years of research experience in an academic, social services, government, healthcare, or laboratory setting.
