Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to independently identify patterns in our data using a range of techniques from simple data aggregation to state-of-the-art ML. You will understand our business processes to develop custom models that inform strategic decisions.

You will ensure models are explainable, monitor performance, mentor data scientists, and lead collaboration with BI, Data Governance, and Data Engineering to deliver data-driven insights across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience operationalizing statistical and machine learning models in production.
• Experience writing SQL queries with large datasets and complex, integrated systems.
• Experience in designing and implementing data applications, including deploying them to production environments.
• Expertise in data science, machine learning, data mining, operations research, and statistical modeling techniques, specifically for high-volume and complex datasets.
• Knowledge of best coding practices.
