Harnham is seeking Senior Data Scientists to own end-to-end ML initiatives from opportunity identification to deployment and monitoring. You will work with Product and Engineering to ship production-ready models and influence product strategy.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of hands-on data science experience, strong Python/SQL skills, and a track record of deploying models in production. This role offers remote work within the United States and a competitive base salary.

We're partnered with a fast-growing healthcare technology company that's transforming how patients are matched to clinical research opportunities.

They're investing heavily in machine learning and data science and are hiring multiple Senior Data Scientists to build production ML models that directly influence patient outcomes, product strategy, and business growth.

This isn't a research-only role or one where models sit in notebooks. You'll own projects end-to-end—from identifying opportunities and developing models through deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement—working alongside Product and Engineering to ship solutions used in production.

What You'll Do
