Join us on our mission to empower more people to find their way home by breaking barriers to entry, making the right connections, and building confidence through expert guidance.

About the Role:

This role serves as a senior analytics partner on consumer product experiences, driving data-informed decision-making across our content and visualization ecosystem. The position owns experimentation, business analytics, and data to deliver actionable insights that directly influence the product roadmap and broader business strategy.

By partnering with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Finance, and partner data teams, the role ensures alignment on key business objectives, facilitates rapid innovation, and supports scalable solutions through advanced analytics, consumer behavior insights, and performance measurement. The role is critical in surfacing high-impact opportunities, improving data quality, and enabling self-service reporting to empower teams across the organization.

Top Reasons to Apply:
  • Industry-Leading AI and Modern Tech Stack: The company is recognized by vendors as a top-tier leader in AI adoption. You will actively champion AI-enabled reporting and work with a cutting-edge stack that includes Python, SQL, Tableau, Amplitude, dbt, Airflow, and advanced tools like Streamlit, MCP, and Windsurf.

  • High-Maturity Data Culture: If you care about data quality and maturity, this team champions it at scale. You will have the resources and organizational buy-in to improve tracking, build scalable ETL pipelines, and establish data integrity across the entire company.

What You’ll Do:
  • Facilitate both short- and long-term strategic goals across core consumer product initiatives, with a focus on how visual content and media quality drive consumer engagement and lead generation outcomes.

  • Lead exploratory analyses to identify and size product development opportunities, balancing trade-offs between feature growth and optimization across the content and visualization ecosystem.

  • Drive the creation of learning agendas, design multivariate tests, and translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations that shape critical business decisions and influence the product roadmap.

  • Define success metrics for strategic initiatives, while delivering high-quality, data-driven analyses that surface impactful insights, particularly around consumer behavior, content engagement, and media quality signals.

  • Champion the development of self-service AI-enabled reporting tools, empowering cross-functional teams to independently explore, measure, and monitor performance.

  • Drive continuous improvements in tracking and data quality; lead deep-dive analyses to understand product performance and address key strategic questions across content and consumer experience initiatives.

  • Provide a unique opportunity to influence product direction by uncovering foundational insights into how consumers engage with visual content, media assets, and emerging product experiences through descriptive, statistical, and predictive analytics.

What You’ll Bring
  • BS in computer science, statistics, mathematics, operations research, or related fields, and 5+ years of relevant experience in data science, machine learning, or applied statistics, with a strong background in product analytics or experimentation.

  • Extensive technical skills, proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, and Amplitude (or similar analytics tools).

  • Experience with AI-enabled tools (e.g., Streamlit, Claude/MCP, n8n, Windsurf) is a must.

  • Ability to create ETL pipelines using dbt and Airflow.

  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, passion for tackling complex analytical problems, improving user experience, and driving measurable impact.

  • Excellent communication skills, ability to articulate insights from data, statistical, or ML concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with A/B testing and causal inference methods (e.g., difference-in-differences, synthetic control, propensity score matching)

  • Experience with content analytics, media quality measurement, or marketplace analytics, including measurement frameworks for visual or spatial content.

  • Familiarity with partner ecosystem analytics, coverage metrics, or two-sided marketplace dynamics.

  • Experience with LLM APIs (e.g., Claude, OpenAI, or similar) for analytical or data product tasks.

  • Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field.
