Lovelytics in the United States is seeking a Solutions Architect – Data Science to lead end-to-end ML pipelines on Databricks, shape technical strategy, and drive pre-sales engagements from scoping to delivery.

The ideal candidate blends deep predictive modeling expertise with consulting experience, can guide cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and ML engineers, and communicate complex risks to executives.

Qualifications

• B.S./M.S. in CS, Engineering, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• 7+ years in Data Science & AI/ML with enterprise deployments.
• 4+ years in client-facing roles, preferably in a professional services firm.
• Proven experience in forecasting, anomaly detection, recommendations, or CV.
• Strong Python and SQL skills; deep Databricks experience (Unity Catalog, MLFlow, Delta Tables).
• Experience with LLM APIs and tools (Hugging Face, LangChain).
• Experience with rapid prototyping, POCs, and pricing engagements.
• Excellent communication with technical and executive stakeholders.
• Experience in fraud risk modeling or anomaly prevention a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define business-value metrics and performance targets for engagements.
• Lead scoping, feasibility, and solution design for proposals and SLAs.
• Design end-to-end ML pipelines including data analysis, feature engineering, model training, deployment, and MLOps.
• Direct cross-functional delivery teams of Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and ML Engineers.
• Establish code quality, model validation protocols, and best practices.
• Explain technical concepts to technical teams and C-suite executives.
• Design workflows and integration strategies to drive user adoption of AI/ML tools.
• Conduct client enablement workshops and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Build rapid prototypes, pre-sales presentations, and proofs of concept.
