Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to ensure data quality and operational reliability across enterprise data environments. You will apply data rules, investigate issues, support integrations and production processes, and contribute to continuous improvement with business, analytics, and technology teams.

You will use SQL and Python to analyze data, validate outputs, and resolve complex data issues while collaborating with peers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, data quality, or data management.
• Certifications may be required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Collect, process, cleanse, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Apply and maintain established data rules, mappings, and interface requirements.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies across systems to improve accuracy and reliability.
• Monitor data quality results, hierarchy integrity, and matching outcomes; elevate patterns and suggest improvements.
• Support production data processes, including validation activities, issue triage, and post-production follow-up.
• Partner with business, analytics, and technology teams to support trusted data for reporting and decision-making.
• Use SQL and other analytical tools to analyze data, validate outputs, and resolve issues.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation to reduce manual rework.
