• Knowledge Management Leadership: own and mature knowledge management governance and standards.
• Manage knowledge portfolio across R&D applications and services.
• Ensure knowledge assets are maintained, validated, and used in incident and service request processes.
• Be accountable for KM KPIs, adoption metrics, content health, and governance adherence.
• Promote KM best practices across support and vendor teams; coach resources for knowledge quality.
• Partner with AI, Copilot, and agent initiatives to optimize knowledge repositories for AI consumption.
