Job summary

Ceartas is seeking a Data & Python Software Engineer to propel our data pipelines and crawling tech for AI-powered brand protection and digital security. You will lead data engineering initiatives, collaborating closely with the CTO and Head of Engineering to build scalable web data extraction systems and reliable backend services.

Qualifications

• Proficient Python for data pipelines and services.
• Strong SQL skills for data modeling and queries.
• Experience designing web scraping systems and APIs.
• Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL.
• Cloud deployment experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable web scraping pipelines and backend services.
• Develop and maintain data ingestion, processing, and storage workflows at scale.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and observability across systems.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver features end-to-end.
• Own production systems, including maintenance and performance tuning.
