Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.
• 10–15 years in data product/ownership or related tech roles.
• Experience with data quality, lineage, contracts, and production reliability.
• Experience partnering with product, engineering, analytics, governance, security, and operations.

• Own data domains and define product vision, roadmap, backlog, and success metrics.
• Translate AI use‑case needs into data product requirements, data elements, and data contracts.
• Prioritize data work based on AI value, urgency, risk, and impact.
• Ensure data is discoverable, governed, and fit for AI consumption across teams.
• Define data contracts and access patterns; manage data readiness and latency requirements.
• Lead cross‑functional prioritization and communicate roadmap status and risks.
