Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) seeks a Sr. Data Product Leader to own the day-to-day execution of data products across the HPEFS digital ecosystem.

This hands-on role ensures data is trusted, governed, reusable, and AI-ready for consumption across reporting, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled experiences. Qualifications

First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
Typically 7+ years of related experience in product management, data management, or data strategy.

Responsibilities

Own the data product vision, strategy, and roadmap for HPEFS, aligned to enterprise data-as-a-product direction.
Define and maintain the enterprise data product portfolio across key business domains.
Translate business needs and AI use cases into data product requirements using the OBR framework.
Prioritize the portfolio based on business value, reuse, and risk reduction.
Align data product priorities with digital ecosystem initiatives and reassess for new products or deprecation.
Own the full data product lifecycle from ideation to deprecation.
Define and enforce product standards for quality, SLAs, metadata, and access controls.
Ensure data products are reusable and scalable across consumption channels.
