Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and evolve a scalable Data-as-a-Service platform powering Intuitive Digital products. You will develop high-throughput streaming pipelines, APIs, and data models in collaboration with engineering teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience, proficiency in multiple languages, and strong background in Spark, Kafka, and cloud-based data solutions. Onsite position with a focus on reliability and performance.

Qualifications

Fluent coding in at least two major programming languages.
Hands-on experience building data pipelines and distributed systems with Spark, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Snowflake, and Airflow.
Experience with CI/CD workflows, testing, and IaC practices.
Experience with AWS and/or GCP.
Bachelor's or master's degree in CS/Engineering with ~5+ years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and evolve a scalable DaaS platform for Intuitive Digital products.
Develop high-throughput, low-latency data pipelines and streaming components.
Create self-service APIs and applications for data access.
Collaborate with core teams to evolve data models and architectures.
Mentor junior engineers and lead moderately complex data projects.
