Job summary

Parafin is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Infrastructure team to lead the development of a next‑generation Data Platform. You will design, build, and maintain data pipelines, lakehouse infrastructure, and end‑to‑end data flows across engineering, data science, and product teams.

Requirements include 4+ years in software engineering with data systems, expert Python/SQL, Spark, and experience with AWS, Databricks, Airflow. Remote work flexibility and strong collaboration are offered.

• 4+ years of software engineering with data infrastructure experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL; strong Spark development background.
• Familiarity with modern cloud data stacks (AWS, Databricks, Airflow) and lakehouse architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable data pipelines and lakehouse infrastructure.
• Own data pipelines powering internal dashboards, ML models, and customer products.
• Maintain Databricks workspaces via Terraform; ensure high data pipeline availability.
