Job summary

PNC is seeking a Senior Solution Architect in Birmingham, AL to lead solution architecture across complex programs, including system and data architectures. You will drive governance, partner with product owners and engineers, and ensure architectures meet security and reliability standards.

You will provide senior leadership, guide architecture strategy, and influence decisions across teams while delivering scalable, cloud-based solutions using AWS/Azure and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• University degree; 8+ years industry experience.
• TOGAF and enterprise architecture knowledge.
• Experience leading architecture design sessions and governance.

Responsibilities

• Develops solution architecture and resolves complex issues across projects.
• Designs large/complex programs and system architectures.
• Leads architecture sessions with development teams and stakeholders.
• Communicates implications of architectural decisions to executives.
