Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field and 7+ years in IT/Tech/Logistics.
• Proficient with Kotlin and Java (1.8+) for scalable enterprise apps using Spring Boot, GRPC, REST APIs, or microservices.
• Experience in Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps with AWS services and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Experience building data pipelines and streaming platforms with Kafka or equivalent tools.
• NoSQL knowledge (DynamoDB, Cassandra) and search tech (Elasticsearch, cloud-based search).
• Strong monitoring/observability using Splunk and Datadog; experienced with Jira for Agile workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data integration and data pipeline platforms for high availability and low latency.
• Provide solution and application design for data platforms and modules; support architectural decisions.
• Lead client workshops on product architecture and drive engineering decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones; ensure alignment on implementation and delivery timelines.
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident management; mentor junior engineers.
