Comply in the United States is seeking a Data Platform Architect to define the architecture and integration patterns powering the enterprise data platform. You’ll shape data products, APIs, event streams, semantic models, analytics capabilities, and AI-native interfaces across the business.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, product, and customer teams to ensure secure, scalable, and reusable solutions, driving interoperability and governance in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in R&D architecture for complex data platforms.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise data platforms with measurable value.
• Deep understanding of APIs, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems.
• Experience integrating SaaS platforms into cohesive architectures.
• Cloud-native design in AWS environments; strong data product awareness.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end platform solutions aligning data pipelines, products, and APIs.
• Set interoperability standards: API design, event contracts, data exchange, versioning, access controls.
• Define scalable integration patterns for customers, partners and systems.
• Create interfaces for humans, analytics tools, apps, AI agents, and LLMs.
• Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to align with long-term strategy.
• Identify opportunities to consolidate capabilities and increase reuse.
• Guide architectural decisions balancing scalability, governance, security, and maintainability.
• Contribute to strategy focusing on extensibility, modularity, and AI readiness.
