Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required; MBA or master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of analytics experience (master’s +2 years) in business, system or commercial analytics.
• Strong knowledge of AI, SQL, Power BI, and Excel; Excel pivot tables essential.
• Pharma/commercial domain knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track KPI and executive performance reporting weekly and monthly.
• Manage analytics pipelines with internal and external data sources.
• Lead offshore data operations team for Immunology repositories.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across APEX, Data Governance, BTS, Finance, and brand teams.
• Perform UAT and validation for new metrics and repository improvements.
