Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience using applied statistics and machine learning techniques.
  • 2+ years of experience building dashboards for reporting purposes.

Responsibilities

Job description

Become a part of our caring community The Senior Data Management Analyst position is a member of the Encounter Submission organization ensures the integrity of organizational data. You will analyze complex data challenges, assess situations critically, and leverage available resources to research data and dashboards, identifying areas for process improvement and addressing limitations. This role requires a collaborative spirit and strong analytical experience improving healthcare data quality and compliance. This position reports to the Associate Director, Business Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage Python, SQL, Databricks notebooks, Azure DevOps, Power BI, and process automations to analyze data and uncover trends
  • Experience working independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines that require exceptional attention to detail
  • Partner with stakeholder to resolve data issues, performing root cause analysis, and proposing practical recommendations. Present clear, applicable insights to both internal and external partners.
  • Improve data processes and advocate for innovation in data management practices.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field
  • 5+ years of Python experience in data analysis, data quality, and analytics
  • 2+ years of experience using applied statistics and machine learning techniques
  • 2+ years of experience of building dashboards for reporting purposes
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a technical field
  • Experience in the healthcare industry
  • Experience using version control tools such as Git or similar platforms
Work at Home Requirements

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$78,400 - $107,800 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
