Job summary
Novotech in the United States is seeking a Manager Data Management to lead a Data Management team, ensuring clinical trials comply with GCP, regulations and SOPs. You will define resources, recruit staff, and oversee line reports, delivering data products and supporting client relationships.
The role requires extensive data management experience, hands-on systems knowledge (Rave, Veeva, Viedoc) and study leadership skills, with opportunities to drive process improvements and cross-functional
Qualifications
- Degree in clinical, biological or mathematical sciences or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience.
- Hands-on experience with Medidata Rave, Veeva or Viedoc.
- Exposure to RTSM/IWRS and eCOA/ePRO preferred.
- Experience with Spotfire, Power BI and JReview is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead Data Management staff and ensure trial compliance.
- Define and prioritize resource requirements and manage allocations.
- Recruitment of new staff and onboarding.
- Review workload, performance and development of line reports.
- Provide expert guidance for Data Management deliverables to customers.
- Support proposals and change orders for Biometrics.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables and sponsor audits.
- Act as backup for line manager when required.
