Job summary

Crash Champions in the United States is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst for the Data Analytics team. This role designs, implements, and maintains Power BI and SQL-based reporting to support operations, IT, finance, and other departments.

You will translate business needs into technical solutions, collaborate with leadership, build dashboards, model data, and drive BI improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 5+ years' experience in BI, analytics, finance, or operations.
• Strong data analysis and ability to interpret large datasets.
• Proficiency in SQL and Power BI for dashboards and reports.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
