Job summary

ResMed is seeking a data analytics professional to partner with business, analytics, and product teams to define data requirements, validate sources, and ensure data quality. You will build and maintain validation processes, investigate discrepancies, and support governance of enterprise metrics.

Applicants should have 5+ years in data analytics or BI, strong SQL skills, and experience with healthcare data environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, data analytics, computer science, finance, statistics, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data quality, data governance, or related analytical discipline.
• Proficiency in SQL for investigating, identifying root causes of data discrepancies, validating, reconciling, and analyzing large and complex datasets across multiple systems.
• Strong understanding of relational databases, data warehousing, data pipelines, and enterprise reporting environments.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define data requirements, metrics, and business rules.
• Validate data sources for accuracy, consistency, and usability.
• Investigate discrepancies and reconcile data across datasets and reporting environments.
• Develop and maintain data validation processes, quality controls, and governance practices.
