Job summary

Donaldson Company is seeking a Data Integration Engineer to design, develop, and maintain data integration solutions across the Mobile Solutions Americas. You will bridge business needs with enterprise technology, building scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and integrations to enable trusted data for analytics and revenue decisions.

The role collaborates with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders, utilizing Snowflake and Informatica Cloud, and requires a hybrid schedule at our Bloomington office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in Data Warehousing, Data Integration, or Data Engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with one or more ETL/ELT platforms.
• Experience with data analysis, requirements gathering, and data mapping.
• Experience with SQL development including Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support data integration apps with Informatica Cloud.
• Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for analytics.
• Develop integrations between enterprise apps, databases, cloud platforms, and external data sources.
• Test and optimize complex mapping tasks and data movement processes.
• Develop trusted and reusable data assets for business users.
• Partner with analysts and data scientists to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Enable analytics, forecasting, reporting, and self‑service BI across the organization.
• Ensure data is timely, accurate, and accessible for decision‑making.
• Participate in requirements gathering, data analysis, and data mapping with stakeholders.
• Administer Informatica Cloud services and Snowflake environments.
• Provide L1/L2 support for ETL/ELT processes and platform operations.
