Job summary

The Walt Disney Company in New York City is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Executive Reporting & Business Insights team. You will translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for executives and stakeholders, shaping strategic decisions across Hulu and Disney+.

In this role, you will conduct in-depth analyses, build high-level dashboards and presentations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help standardize data reporting.

Qualifications

5+ years of analytical experience.
2+ years cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed organization.
Experience with data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift and Airflow.
Proficiency with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker or Chartio.
Strong written and verbal communication and data storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct data analysis, extract insights, and create executive-ready presentations.
Formulate key business questions and determine effective methods to address them.
Present insights to enable informed decisions by senior executives.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and other data teams to improve capabilities.
Develop impactful decks, notes and supporting materials for leadership.
