Job summary

CorVel Corporation is seeking a Data Analyst III to turn data into actionable insights that drive decisions and profitability. The role collaborates with DBAs, Data Scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver analytical solutions and reports.

The position is hybrid, with annual travel to Irvine, CA for training and occasional visits. Candidates should have 3–5+ years in data analysis, strong SQL, and experience with Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in data analysis.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL.
• 1+ year of experience in Power BI or similar tool (Tableau).
• 3+ years of experience with one or more programming languages (R, STATA, MATLAB, Python).
• 3+ years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs advanced data cleaning and analysis with hypothesis testing and multivariate modelling.
• Analyzes data to provide actionable recommendations for growth, cost reduction, and performance optimization.
• Creates dynamic reports and dashboards for executive management.
• Translates data insights into concise visuals and summaries for stakeholders.
• Leads cross-functional collaboration to build analytical solutions meeting business needs.
