Job summary

Alchemy seeks an experienced backend data engineer to build and maintain high-throughput batch pipelines for its distributed platform supporting millions of users.

You will design and optimize DAG workflows, aggregate logs across regions, and develop a next-gen data warehouse integrating internal and external data sources. A strong background in data infrastructure and scalable architectures is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/IS or related field.
• 7+ years of data engineering or data infrastructure experience.
• Knowledge of Airflow, Jenkins and Pachyderm.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Alchemy’s batch pipelines powering production serving systems.
• Build production DAG workflows for batch data processing and storage.
• Aggregate logs from multiple regions and clouds.
• Design and implement the next generation data warehouse aggregating internal and third-party data sources.
