Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years in financial industry preferred in Finance, Tech or Data.
  • Detail oriented with ability to handle multiple tasks and proactivity.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines; strong communication.
  • Experience in performing data analysis tasks; research issues and identify root causes.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Line of Business partners, including Compliance, Audit, and Risk to develop data solutions.
  • Identify gaps in data management standards adherence and plan resolution actions.
  • Analyze emerging data needs to address risk, regulatory, or business enablement priorities.
  • Monitor KPIs and internal controls; ensure alignment with EDM/GRM/Gov Rptg standards.
  • Act as SME for data governance standards and guide stakeholders on compliance expectations.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to design processes and infrastructure aligning with standards.
  • Support data management assessments and QA reviews; ensure stakeholder engagement.
