Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing data in a global environment.
• Experience with data enterprise requirements and translating those to records and capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of data governance and Collibra and concepts such as metadata and data quality.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate.
• Demonstrated collaborative leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Lead statistics governance ideas, rules, and packages for stewardship and custodianship of data.
• Oversee databases and define record definitions and data lineage per governance policies.
• Collaborate with data owners to implement repeatable data management policies.
• Harmonize data governance guidelines with processes to enforce rules across teams.
• Partner with legal, compliance, and operations to track privacy and regulatory requirements.
