Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a hands-on Senior Technical Architect/Director-level leader to deliver enterprise Data Foundation engagements for Professional Services customers. You will run discovery, define the technical vision, design target architecture, and drive delivery across a multi-vendor data stack.

You will work across Salesforce Data 360, Informatica IDMC, and MuleSoft, balancing platform-agnostic and Salesforce-centric strategies, with governance, quality, security, and privacy embedded

Qualifications

10+ years in data and analytics delivery for Senior Technical Architect; 15+ years for Director-level.
Experience delivering enterprise data foundations across multi-vendor data stacks.
Ability to advise customer CxO-level stakeholders while guiding large engagements.
Hands-on governance, quality, security, and privacy from day one.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery, define technical vision, and shape the business case for engagements.
Design target-state architecture across Salesforce Data 360, Informatica IDMC, and MuleSoft.
Drive delivery with governance-first discipline and incremental value.
Apply AI-augmented delivery patterns and develop reusable assets.
Provide architectural governance and risk management across concurrent engagements.
Mentor Consultants, Architects, and Senior Advisors on engagements.
