Job summary

BryceTech is seeking a Senior Data & Enterprise Architect to support the CPE CBRND and Biosurveillance Information Platform. This role designs enterprise architecture enabling real-time integration of threat information across DoD, interagency, intelligence, and public health systems.

You will work with the APM to convert capability needs into actionable architectural products and data integration strategies for rapid implementation by software teams.

Qualifications

• Experience designing DoD data architectures and integration solutions.
• Proven ability to translate capability needs into architectural artifacts.
• Strong collaboration with engineers, cybersecurity, and government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain DoDAF v2.0 and UAF architecture products for the Biosurveillance Information Platform.
• Map data sources and design end-to-end ingestion pipelines across DoD, intel, and public health data.
• Define data architecture standards, interfaces, and guidance for external vendors.
• Ensure cloud-native solutions across Azure, AWS, or GCP meet DoD cybersecurity requirements.

BryceTech is seeking a Senior Data & Enterprise Architect to support the Capability Program Executive for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense (CPE CBRND) and the Biosurveillance Information Platform (BIP).This position will play a critical role in designing the enterprise architecture that enables real-time integration of biological threat information across DoD, interagency, intelligence, and public health systems.Working directly with the Assistant Program Manager (APM), the successful candidate will transform identified capability needs into actionable architectural products, data integration strategies, and technical guidance that software development teams can immediately execute.This is a hands-on technical leadership role requiring deep expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud-based data platforms, system integration, and defense information systems.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain DoDAF v2.0 and UAF architecture products supporting the Biosurveillance Information PlatformMap operational, systems, and technical architecture views that define how new data sources integrate into the platformDesign end-to-end data ingestion pipelines and information flows from DoD, intelligence, federal, commercial, and open-source data providersDefine enterprise data architecture standards, interface specifications, and technical guidance for external software development vendorsEstablish scalable integration strategies that support future onboarding of additional data sources without creating new data silosDesign logical and physical data models supporting structured, semi-structured, and unstructured dataCollaborate with engineers, developers, data scientists, cybersecurity specialists, and government stakeholders to ensure architectural alignment across the programSupport cloud-native architecture utilizing Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform servicesDevelop enterprise data governance standards supporting interoperability, metadata management, and information qualityEnsure architectural solutions align with DoD cybersecurity requirements, Zero Trust principles, and applicable compliance frameworksSupport acquisition planning, technical reviews, design reviews, and vendor oversight activitiesProvide architectural leadership supporting advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning initiatives through scalable data design
