Job summary

Southern California Edison is seeking a Data Engineering, Senior Advisor to design and own data architecture for the energy team. You will build and scale ETL pipelines using Palantir Foundry, Snowflake, and related tools, while ensuring governance and data quality across complex datasets.

You will collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deliver end-to-end data solutions, optimize cloud costs, and create insightful visualizations for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, engineering or STEM major.
• 10+ years of experience processing large data sets and ETL pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Manages and scales data pipelines from internal and external sources to support product launches.
• Covers data acquisition, extraction, normalization, transformation, and management of large datasets.
• Develops data warehouse schemas and data models for data consistency.
• Creates advanced visualizations and tools to provide insight across the business.
• Provides governance and oversight of data assets, environments and procedures.
