Cornerstone Defense is seeking a Sr. Data Engineer in Tysons Corner, VA with TS/SCI and Polygraph eligibility to design, deploy, and operate scalable data pipelines across diverse producers and consumers.

The role emphasizes cloud infrastructure, secure data exchange, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include operationalizing pipelines, enabling data brokering via REST APIs and S3, and providing Tier 2/3 incident support in production.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, deploying, and maintaining robust data pipelines.
• Hands-on with cloud-based data platforms and security controls (RMF).
• Proficient in Python or Go for data processing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize data pipelines and supporting cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with data producers/consumers via interfaces like REST APIs and S3.
• Provide day-to-day support and incident resolution for production data pipelines.
